Yellow, orange and ochres create such a warm and cheery color pallete that is easy on the eyes. I will be taking these small lemon studies downtown to the gallery today where my paintings are exhibited. I have a heck of a time settling on one style, abstract or impressionistic. I have decided that perhaps that is just my signature the fact that i always create the same painting in both styles. Its just how I roll I guess!
